My career has been rooted in the Foodservice industry, where I have worked my way through nearly every level of operations—from business owner to distribution category management, sales, even government and healthcare work.
Along the way, I have managed P&L's, controlled labor, food costs, and leveraged purchasing power to improve margins and drive profitability. I understand firsthand what it takes to run a business day in and day out—because I have done it.
I don't just record numbers, I help make sense of them. My goal is to make small businesses' financials clear and accurate so they can make confident decisions, stay on track, and focus on what they do best.
